1ovmany is a startup that specialises in digital transformation and agile coaching. The company seeks to enhance brand awareness, compete with its rivals, and align marketing objectives with social media. In this role, I successfully managed social media campaigns and content creation projects that aligned with the brand's identity and elevated its digital presence.

The Project

GOALS

The main objectives are:

  • Standardise brand voice and design across platforms.

  • Highlight unique office culture to engage audiences.

  • Start social media campaigns with varied content (gifs, memes, videos).

  • Increase followership and engagement on LinkedIn.

  • Coordinate marketing with social media.

  • Build a community around the brand.

Brand Design

I established banners and social media designs that align with the brand guidelines and create consistency across the channels.

I applied copywriting rules company-wide, ensuring proper emoji use and concise paragraphs, leading to consistent presentation. Additionally, I improved hashtag clarity by capitalising the first letter and identifying popular hashtags for various posting themes.

By regularly producing and sharing entertaining, inspiring content that highlighted our vibrant office culture, we successfully engaged with our audience on LinkedIn. This included a mix of static and dynamic content, such as GIFs and videos, to keep our audience interested and connected.

  • 500% increase in organic monthly post impressions in less than 12 months

  • 600% increase in monthly engagements

  • Engagement rate 12% higher than competitors in Q1 of 2024.

Marketing Campaign

Launched a social media campaign tailored for our target audience, collaborating closely with the marketing team and Product Manager. Paid Ads for Downloadable content

I developed an animated ad for LinkedIn, along with static posts, to guide our target audience towards downloading a case study and generating leads. The campaign aligned with the company's marketing objectives.

Community growth

I facilitated the establishment of a Meetup group face-to-face events for the agile community, organically growing group membership to 524 through strategic content planning and posting on LinkedIn. The meetup offered in-house training sessions on OKRs and hosted various social events.
